After 42 years of dedicated learning about spiritual, emotional and psychological principals I finally decided to embark on this next adventure of serving as a personal coach.

With 42 years of recovery I am especially qualified to help women who are ready to change in meaningful ways .
Additionally I am trained in two types of coaching. Tony Robbins Leadership Academy, and the Certified Life Coaching Institute.

My approach to coaching is rooted in understanding how you see the world . Your perspective will guide us on your journey. I work collaboratively with you to help you identify your strengths, overcome outdated beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving your goals. I am trained to provide eye-opening and life changing support for you. My Services
I offer a range of services, including one-on-one sessions, group coaching, and workshops. I will be adding other services like walking sessions eventually. My areas of expertise include spiritual, personal, and transformational coaching.
