My Mission
To help women in established sobriety who feel stuck, overwhelmed or uncertain about what comes next to quiet the mental noise, regain confidence and create a clear, meaningful direction for the next chapter of their lives.
Its all about understanding how you see your life, and what you value most, and what you are really looking for. By the end of 8 weeks, you will hve a clearer sense of who you are, what matters most to you, a practical roadmap for moving forward - without confusion, self doubt, obsessive thinking and emotional overwhelm.
You will have weekly Personal Sessions, Goal sheets and Summary Sheets, written work, a check in call and eventually a group to be part of and enjoy.
